Build a stronger body to live the life you were meant to enjoy. Self-care is important because you only get one body to serve God and love people. If you don’t take care of yourself, you limit what you can do for and with the people you love most in this world. If you won’t take care of you for you, do it for them. If not for them, then for God because your body is His temple. Don’t vandalize it. Build a stronger body so you can serve more, grow more, and enjoy more.
